Q: What is your cancellation Policy?

A: Photo Sessions & Virtual Sessions: We do not offer refunds. If The Black Santa Houston needs to postpone photos, or you choose to cancel your session, a credit will be provided for The Black Santa Houston photos or services. There will be no refunds.

Q: What is your refund and exchange Policy?

A: Photo sessions & Virtual Sessions: Your business is very important to us, and in order to provide you with the best services we do not offer refunds. A credit will be provided for The Black Santa Houston photos, service, or retail products. WYNTRY Collection Products: Wearable items that are washed or worn are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Gift wrap is non-refundable.

Q: WHAT IF I HAVE A FAMILY OR GROUP OF 5 OR MORE?

A: If your family or group is larger than 5, please book two back to back sessions of your choice. This will allow ample time for your group to be photographed and chat with Santa Claus or Mr. & Mrs. Claus!

Q: DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE PHOTO SESSIONS?

A: Yes! Please email us Email us at info@blacksantahouston.com if you’d like to schedule your family’s exclusive private photo session. These sessions range from 15 to 30 minutes depending on the size of your family or group.


Q: WHEN WILL PHOTOS BE READY?

A: Your photos will be available 7 business days after your appointment date.

Q: What is your policy for keeping your studio clean during santa visits?

A: A dedicated staff member will be responsible for cleaning space between families, as well as other high touch areas. Families should sanitize hands prior to entering. 

Q: What is your policy for meeting with Santa & mrs. Claus?

A: Depending on the current health trends at the time, we may ask children and families to sit or stand next to Santa. We will continue to approach Santa interactions with a creative eye and can create beautiful images in a variety of different ways.

Q: What is your health and wellness policy?

A: All clients are asked to self-screen their family for cough, fever, COVID-19, or any other communicable disease symptoms. We reserve the right to refuse admittance to anyone who appears to exhibit symptoms for the safety of our team and clients.

Q: What is your return policy for Wyntry Collection Products?

A: Gift wrap cannot be returned. And wearable items that have been washed or worn cannot be returned.
